Big holiday apartment with direct access to the lake
The 150m² holiday apartment is in Oliveto Lario, in the Vassena district, and is right by the lake. Bellagio is 10 minutes away by car. Lecco is 15 minutes away.
The partially renovated apartment in an old building provides private accommodation for up to eight people. It has four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two each with two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed. A child’s bed is available on request. A big living room with a balcony and a fantastic view of the lake invites you to relax. There is a spacious dining room with a fireplace, adjoining the kitchen. There are two bathrooms. A dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer (shared use) are also available. Towels and bed linen are provided, so you do not need to bring them.
There is a generous terrace (ca. 60m²) adjoined to the apartment. You can of course share use of the garden, which provides direct access to the lake. You can also share use of the grill area right by the lake. There are two to three parking spaces available, depending on the size of the cars.
The holiday accommodation is in a village right by the lake, so a car is recommended for getting around. The lake is only 20 metres away, there are cafés and restaurants 3km away and shops 6km away.
