This exclusive penthouse apartment in a promenade villa is located right in the heart of the new holiday resorts Travemünde Waterfront on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. From the roof terrace of the apartment you can enjoy fantastic views over the port of Travemünde, the Trave and the Baltic Sea.
You can already book the first holiday apartments on the Baltic Sea beach and enjoy the comfort and unforgettable view over the marina, the Trave estuary and the Baltic Sea and spend wonderful days on the Baltic beach in Travemünde-Priwall. Not only on the roof terrace, but also by the numerous picture windows, the eye is the impressive museum ship "Passat" and the temporary sliding in almost within reach big Scandinavia ferry - a unique panoramic view!
The apartment is stylish, high quality and modern. All rooms are flooded with light. Ninette Matthiessen, artist from Travemünde, the apartments also artistically shaped Maritim, refreshing and emotional are the atmospheric sailing motifs and unusual fish dishes in the pictures in the apartment.
A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal small spa with sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath with integrated double rain shower. Here you can unwind, forget everyday life around them and relax for once right! This bathroom is accessible through the second bedroom. The wellness program is made up in the living area continues, because the flickering flames of the stove bathe the room in a particularly pleasant light.
