In Casentino, just 8 km from Poppi and Bibbiena, on the slopes of a quiet side valley lies this romantic vacation home with private pool, surrounded by olive groves. From the wide open spaces you can enjoy a magnificent view over the valley. The house consists of a small kitchen and a single room divided into a living and sleeping area with a double bed, separated by a screen. Near the pool is a small outbuilding with single sofa bed and, under the pool, a second bathroom with shower. On two sides of the house there is a covered terrace with barbecue, and on the terraces of the hillside property various garden seating areas in the shade of the trees - plus several wells with fresh spring water!
Here you are in the middle of the most beautiful countryside, surrounded by the unspoiled forests of the Casentino National Park, which invites you to go for walks, trekking and cycling in its famous forests. Discover the castles and mountain monasteries such as La Verna and Camaldoli.
One of the impressive medieval castles awaits you at Poppi, at the top of the picturesque town, where you can enjoy an aperitif in the bars or typical dishes in one of the restaurants - for example, ravioli with porcini mushrooms or truffles.
Visit Arezzo with its splendid historic center, where a large antique market is held every first weekend of the month. There is no lack of stores, art galleries and restaurants for every taste.
there is no shortage. Particularly impressive is the trip over the Passo della Consuma to Florence, which is about 85 km from here. But also in the nearby hamlet of Soci (3 km) you will find various stores, restaurants, bars and everything for daily needs.

    “was für ein zauberhaftes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem 12.000 qm großem Garten, welcher komplett eingezäumt ist. ( ein Paradies für Hunde )
    Unzählige Olivenbäume, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, ein fantastischer Pool und dieser herrliche Ausblick lassen uns immer noch träumen von diesem magischen Ort....
    Das gesamte Anwesen ist in einem top Zustand und wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt .
