Pleasant Holiday House in Sukošan with Private Parking and Close to Beach
Villa Đelozija is situated in a small coastal city in central Dalmatia, called Sukošan. This elegantly decorated villa is made of the local stone, completely picked in Zadar's county. If you wish to enjoy all the modern facilities that provide you carefree and relaxed vacation but still fell the touch of authentic Dalmatian house, villa Đelozija is the right choice for you.Villa Đelozija features two bedrooms equipped with double beds and one of them has a bed for one person, as well. Both bedrooms include a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is an additional toilet provided for the extra comfort of our guests. Towels and bed linens are provided by the villa. The common area is very bright and spacious and consists of a fully equipped kitchen that opens up into a dining area and a living room with a sofa-bed that can be used for sleeping of an additional two guests. The living room has a flat-screen TV with a cable and an SAT TV.The outdoor area of the villa is a fully fenced courtyard with a beautiful 32 m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun-beds. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower provided, to please our guests maximally. The courtyard also features an outdoor lounge as well as the dining area, ideal for hot summer days or evenings. Private parking spaces are offered for guests arriving by personal cars.Villa Đelozija is conveniently located near to the center of Sukošan, close to all the amenities with the nearest beach only 70 m away. During summer in Sukošan, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, plenty of good restaurants or check some of its numerous events such as Summer Carnival, Fisherman's festivities, Evenings of Dalmatian song, Brudetijada, etc. The largest city in the region, Zadar, is only 7 km from Sukošan and is definitely worth visiting. Zadar has a rich cultural and historical heritage, as well as an interesting summer program.
