Cottage with a view of the Jizera Mountains

The standig individually cottage, built in 1970 and renovated in 2017 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Use of the taproom when ordering draft beer on request

Nova Ves nad Nisou, district Nova Ves nad Nisou, 700 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 600 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 7 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 35 m).
