Relax in the quietness of the Umbrian Hills
The Apartments are set in Montelirossi, ten minutes drive to the historic town of Spoleto. There are spectacular views of hills & mountains and easy access to woods nearby for walkers and bikers. There are two ground floor apartments. . Towns close by worth visiting are Trevi, Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Todi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Perugia. The Marmore Waterfalls are close by at Terni. Nearest airports to Spoleto are Perugia & Rome. Spoleto has a train station with access to major cities & towns. A car is recommended. Free parking at the apartments.

As a self-catering ground floor apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle, dishwasher etc.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This apartment has 3 double bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. Each bedroom has its own individual style and colour scheme.
There are 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet, walk-in shower and washhand basin. One bathroom has a bidet
Linen and towels, including towels for the pool, are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Guests have access to outdoor amenities including a barbecue area, dining areas, table tennis and swimming pool
Ample areas are available for alfresco dining. There are easy chairs and sun loungers around the pool with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
We are child friendly. We have a cot / travel cot / bedding for cots / safety side for a bed / highchair. We value highly that guests should rightly expect a high standard of cleanliness. This has been acknowledged many times in the reviews by our guests. We have mattress and pillow protectors which are washed with all the linen and towels before each booking.
With few neighbours, Montelirossi is very quiet and peaceful yet only 10 minutes by car to all the attractions of Spoleto.
And then, of course, there is the swimming pool!
We offer free drop-off and pick-up to festival events during the Due Mondi Festivale in Spoleto June/July.
