The Villa Luxury Golf d'Or is a real stroke of luck for anyone who wants to spend their holiday in complete privacy without having to forego the services of a good hotel. These requirements can be easily combined here. On the incredible 500 m² of living space, you can split up into small or large groups as you wish and still feel undisturbed, while also booking room cleaning and a breakfast service. The 6,000 m² property resembles a paradisiacal garden with lawns, beautiful plants, small paths and small walls. Around the house there are inviting seating areas in the sun or shade, so that you can explore and linger in a variety of beautiful places as you wish. The highlight of the garden is the pool area with a very elegant pool and the adjoining, partially covered sun terrace. You can relax on the high-quality loungers to your heart's content and enjoy a refreshing dip in the entire 18-metre-long pool. A refreshing outdoor shower and a modern whirlpool round off this luxurious wellness area. What a pleasure it is to lie in the whirlpool in the fresh air at any time of the day or night!
A small path leads from the pool to the house, which has a trendy outdoor lounge to the side, inviting you to relax and enjoy the marvellous view from the comfortable sofas.

The yellow-painted façade, the green ivy and the awning conjure up a wonderful light and a very pleasant atmosphere. From one corner of the house, there is access to another terrace with a large finished lawn, which is sure to become a playground for any children travelling with you. Several skyward-facing steps lead to the large balcony, which houses a wide range of furniture to suit all tastes. Here you will find a large dining table next to another chill-out zone with various modern seating groups, all of which have one thing in common: a fantastic view as far as the sea. But there's more. On the fenced side of the house, there is an adjoining area with a built-in barbecue at the front and a huge solid wood table in front. Why not get together with friends and have a nice barbecue?

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an exceptionally cosy atmosphere and enveloped by an aesthetically pleasing living ambience. Elegant individual pieces and high-quality materials create a surprisingly harmonious combination. A large living/dining room offers a dining table for eight people, as well as an extremely cosy sofa corner. The flat-screen TV is also conveniently located in the living room. On cooler evenings, you can even relax by the firelight and sit by the warmth of a fire. The bright and friendly kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Here you also have the option of having a meal for four. Additional dining and living areas complement the previous description in many ways, so that even a large group of travellers can easily enjoy their own private retreat. The bedrooms (all five double rooms have their own bathroom, three of which have a hydro-massage bath) are generously proportioned, fitted with high-quality furniture and elegantly designed. The absence of many distracting accessories gives these rooms a bright and refined appearance that undoubtedly encourages guests to seek a pleasant rest. The tasteful design also comes into its own in the bedrooms. These are presented in an ultra-modern style, are very functional and generously proportioned.

Portocolom (4.4 km) is a small coastal town. Thanks to its small old town and harbour, it is very picturesque and tourism has not yet really taken hold here. Cala D'Or (9 km) offers a lively slice of urban life with a variety of bars, restaurants, a marina and several small beaches. Other beautiful bays are also within easy reach of the villa. The Vall D'Or golf course, which also has a good restaurant, is approx. 700 metres from the villa. Villa Luxury Golf dOr is an exclusive and romantic property with sea views, located on the east side of the island, directly on a golf course and only approx. 10 minutes by car from Portocolom. It is an attractive town with a small old town and a harbour. The marvellous beaches of the east coast can be reached quickly from the villa.
