As a villa property with lovingly renovated and modernised areas and an original reception committee of green plants, this property with the typical Mallorca-X in its name is also popular with the younger generation - no wonder, with its rural surroundings and the fresh produce on offer at the weekly markets in the area. Peppers, tomatoes and courgettes may well end up on the vegetable grill. From above, Angoixes looks almost like a separate mini village with the centuries-old pine tree and the ornamental pond at its centre. The main house, the casita, the long pool with sun terrace and spotlight, the comfortable ensemble of outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom and dining area as well as the water reservoir are grouped around it. Olive and fig trees, palm trees and a private lemon and orange grove lend the extremely attractive outdoor area a Mediterranean flavour. There is plenty of space to play and the nearby wooded area means there is always a cool breeze blowing across the fields. The view of the wooded hills is also marvellous!

Behind the thick oak door of the main house, you are greeted by an elegant living and dining area with plenty of space for all guests. The fireplace provides additional cosiness, especially as a decorative extra. This area leads to a large double room with access to the garden. Old farmhouses are often rustic and the kitchen, equipped with an electric cooker and dishwasher, is no exception. People are proud of who they are and what they have created. Solid beds and antiques also play a role in the guest rooms (two downstairs, three upstairs, one with a door to the panoramic roof terrace). You will feel as comfortable and cosy here as if the house were hugging you like a grandmother. Perhaps that's why there are more bathtubs to relax in than showers. Each room has its own bathroom, almost all en-suite, and one couple also enjoys a corner bath with massage function. The beautifully decorated casita, with two colourful rocking chairs downstairs and a double bed and hot tub upstairs, is the quickest way to the pool and ... Freedom!

The southern tip of Mallorca has something for everyone, whether you're an art lover, bon vivant, hiking fan or water sports enthusiast. The nearby Cas Concos of Cavaller, which can be reached in a few minutes via a quiet country road from the villa, combines an original cultural, artistic and gastronomic scene; the hilly area around Santanyí is also known as the Tuscany of Mallorca. The partially protected beaches are among the most beautiful on the island and from Colònia de Sant Jordi you should definitely take a boat trip to the goat island of Cabrera; if you have never been to Capri, you can dive into the blue grotto here. Gourmets will find what they are looking for in the shops and markets around Campos and Felanitx, but beware: the almond biscuits are addictive. The small Burguera format produces delicious cheeses in various degrees of ripeness, which are the perfect end to a barbecue evening in Angoixes. Close to Ca's Concos des Cavaller - between Campos and Santanyí - lies the spacious, traditional Villa Angoixes with casita, pool area and plenty of trees on an idyllic, quiet plot. Supermarkets, bakeries, trendy restaurants and galleries can be found in towns just 5 to 10 kilometres away. The entire southern tip with Calas Santanyí, Figuera and the protected Mondragó or the beach Es Trenc with Caribbean flair and the fine sandy Playa Sa Ràpita for sunbathing and diving are just a 20-minute drive away.
