The apartment is located by Lake Afritz, offering a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern amenities. The typical Austrian decor with parquet floors in the living room, spacious wardrobes in the bedroom, and wooden accents gives your vacation a warm home feeling. The generous balcony provides a view of the lake and the mountains surrounding your apartment. The private bathing beach for our guests features a protected, enclosed garden with a boathouse and pier. Additionally, our guests can use the SUP boards free of charge. If you own a boat or your own water sports equipment, you can store it securely in the boathouse. Cyclists can indulge in our region, and we provide a covered bike parking area.
