This apartment is centrally located, only 10 minutes from the yacht club and just 5 minutes from the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It is only 15 minutes from the beach.
The house is only 500 metres’ distance from the Royal Yacht Club. In addition, our house is near the Santa Catalina market square, which is surrounded by trendy restaurants. The apartment is very close to the centre of Palma and 10 minutes from the Plaza de España, where the railway station is located. You can also reach the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, the Baluard museum and many other monuments on foot in only about 10 minutes. The nearest beach (Can Pere Antoni beach) is less than a kilometre away from the house and you can easily reach it on foot or by bike along the elegant beach promenade of Palma.Just come in, leave your luggage, and after 5 minutes on foot, you can be in the city centre of Palma or on the famous promenade.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and has been completely renovated. It is suitable for five people, but up to eight people can also be accommodated here. Wood flooring can be found throughout the apartment, which is fully equipped. There is a large bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and third with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. In the living and dining area, there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower.
