Four-star holiday accommodation with a private balcony, almost right by the lake

This is a newly built, detached holiday residence with three holiday apartments with a modern design and very comfortable furnishing. The four-star apartments with private balconies are situated at the heart of the tranquil locality with many amenities and within walking distance of Austria’s warmest swimming lake. It is to the east of Klagenfurt, surrounded by many little localities and lakes, nestled into a picturesque mountain valley.

The private balcony outside invites you to enjoy a relaxed brunch outdoors, or dinner at sunset, enjoying the picturesque view over the sparsely populated locality, as far as the mountains on the edge of the valley.

The apartments are on the first and second floor of the three-storey house from the year 2015. They are characterised by an identical interior style featuring sleek elegance, a modern design and contemporary comfort, for a relaxing holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. While the apartment is on the first floor, with 40m² of living space and a double bedroom, for up to four people, the two larger apartments 60m² and 88m² each have two double bedrooms and can welcome up to six guests. Each apartment has a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room, in the case of maximum occupancy. Each features a sociable and open concept with a living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen. They also each have modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, large flatscreen TVs and free wireless Internet access.

You can get to the included beach facility conveniently along the promenade about 400 metres away. The apartments are therefore ideal for a swimming holiday practically on the doorstep. You can find a grocery shop, restaurants, bars and a bakery nearby. Countless sports and leisure options are in the vicinity, including a golf course (3km) and a summer toboggan run (6km). The Petzen ski resort is about 20km away. It is a similar distance for a trip to Klagenfurt (24km). Many lakes, gorges and mountain landscapes invite you to go on walks and hikes in nature.

Holiday Apartment in Unterburg Am Klopeiner See with Private Balcony and Extensive View

This holiday apartment is among the newest apartments in the area and provides 60m² of living space. Owing to being situated on the first floor, it affords an extensive view through the windows and of course also the balconies. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms, a daylight shower room with a WC and an open living room-kitchen with a cosy lounge area. You step through the front door and on the left side there are the bathroom and the bedrooms. On the right side there is the open living and dining room with a kitchen space and access to the balcony. The second balcony is accessed from the bedroom. The two bedrooms are opposite each other and share a balcony. Each bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, as well as a spacious wardrobe for storing your clothing. The centrepiece of the apartment has a central dining table with chairs for meals together. There is an amply equipped corner kitchen for convenient self-catering, which provides everything you need. After a day trip you can relax on the leather corner sofa, with a large flatscreen TV providing entertainment in the evening. This pull-out sofa can be used as a bed for a fifth and sixth guest. The bathroom is fitted with a WC, a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a makeup mirror, a window and a towel radiator.
