Spend a wonderful vacation in this impressive country house, which has been completely renovated and adapted to today's living standards. The traditional stone and wood construction combined with modern furnishings offers maximum comfort to its guests. On the first floor are a kitchen with living and dining area and a bedroom with bathroom and private access to the pool area. Upstairs are three bedrooms with bathrooms while in the attic is the largest bedroom with bathroom and private terrace, which even offers a partial sea view. Here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful sunset. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with barbecue and on the lawn next to it there is a children's play area as well as a volleyball and badminton court. At the front there is an additional courtyard terrace where you can have coffee and relax in the morning. The house is very well furnished and equipped and you will surely spend an unforgettable vacation here. Visit the nearby towns of Fa?ana, Vodnjan, Pula. In Vodnjan you can visit the Basilica of St. Blaise with the highest church tower in Istria and an enviable collection of mummies. From the waterfront in nearby Fa?ana, a small fishing village, tourist boats leave daily for the Brijuni National Park. If you head south, you will arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheater. In the north of Istria, you can see picturesque medieval towns, such as Motovun, where an international film festival is held every year at the end of July. As you drive along the Istrian peninsula, you will come across many wine roads and local taverns offering local delicacies. It is certainly a good way to get acquainted with local traditions and customs.
