Welcome to the fine white sandy beach at Zingst. You will be staying by the beach under cosy thatch. Enjoy the maritime flair on the terrace, listen to the waves, taste the sea, listen to the seagulls, go swimming, salt on your skin, long walks on the beach, your feet in sea water, a holiday for the senses – let go and enjoy. You will be staying in a cosy and harmonious ambience that exudes a sense of well-being, on a beautiful and well-tended park in a Darss style, with thatched houses with colourful front doors and various paintings. The sea is your neighbour, as well as wonderful kilometre-long sandy beaches and good sea air.

The accommodation has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining space for up to four people, a kitchen with a dishwasher, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (180cm wide), a three-door wardrobe, two bedside tables and a shower room.

There is a terrace with terrace furniture and a parasol by the living room. A car parking space is available by the house.

Fischland-Darss-Zingst is a cycling paradise, with great cycle paths along the beach, in the forest and by the bodden. Zingst harbour has become a particularly beautiful oasis. A boat tour across the bodden or to Hiddensee is an experience, or you can sail to the crane resting places by the bodden and listen to sea birds. Zingst offers you sea, beach, pier, harbour, culture, concerts, exhibitions, good cuisine in nice restaurants and cafes, great shops etc. Simply come and enjoy it. There a lovely forests as far as the sea, beautiful little bodden villages, or the well-known Ahrenshoop, where painters have the best light.Dear tenants,a dog is possible on request. Please understand that we would like to know the breed, size and weight of the dog beforehand, as our property is not suitable for very large animals such as German Shepherds, St. Bernards, etc. Please always include this information when making your booking.     “Insgesamt gut. Positiv: Die ruhige Lage nah am Meer mit sehr schönen Ausflügen in die Natur mit dem Fahrrad. Negativ: Enttäuschend war fehlendes WLAN und der schlechte Internetempfang. Trotz guter Reinigungskraft ist der Hundegeruch nicht aus dem Teppich zu entfernen gewesen. Vorschlag: Wohnung demnächst hundefrei!”

    “Wenn man ein bisschen investiert, ist auch der Preis angemessen. Aber tolle und ruhige Lage. Wunderschöne Radwege und Touren möglich. Nach Zingst–Mitte nur etwa 2,5 km. Edeka mit sehr guter Sortierung auch 2,5 km entfernt. Positiv: Lage sehr nahe zum Strand (nur der Deich ist dazwischen); absolut ruhige und schöne Wohngegend; befahrbar nur durch die Anwohner. Negativ: Sofa ist abgenutzt, Sauberkeit lässt Wünsche offen, Schnitt von den Büschen um die Terrasse und im Eingangsbereich dringend erforderlich.
    Kein WLAN (war aber vorher bekannt) – entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Netzempfang erst auf dem Deich.”
