This beautiful villa is located in the Mullerthal, also known as 'Little Luxembourg Switzerland', and is only 3 km from two routes of the beautiful Mullerthales Trail. If you are looking for peace, comfort and privacy for more people, then this luxury detached house in Christnach is the perfect place for you. From the living room with flat screen and docking station, fireplace with free wood, the generous doors to the terrace, the lawn, the sustainable swimming pool, the covered terrace with grill and dining area, beautiful kitchen with induction stove and steam hood, to the four very spacious bedrooms, all equipped with smart TVs, private bathrooms and, last but not least, the sauna, this comfort holiday home has everything. The ecologically-built villa is neutral and uses solar panels for electricity and hot water, while rainwater is used for the toilets, washing machine, etc. On the side of the house is the entrance to the hall with guest toilet. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, as well as one of the bedrooms. The three other bedrooms on the 2nd floor have garden views, a private seating area and an en suite bathroom, one of which has its own sauna. The owner's private area is locked; he will not live there during your stay. He will of course welcome you. Christnach is located in the Mullerthal and is ideal for hikers, cyclists / mountain bikers, those seeking tranquility and golfers (Golf and Country Club Christnach). The villa in Christnach is about 25 minutes by car from the old fortified city of Luxembourg (tip: take the bus. It's cheap, fast and comfortable). And you can drive to the old Roman city of Trier in 40 minutes.
