Welcome to this cosy holiday home located a few kilometres outside of Hökerum, near Borås. The cottage is only 200 metres from lake Tolken, so it is within walking distance of many lovely bathing spots.The delightful cottage was renovated in 2014 and has an open-plan kitchen/ living room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove.Next to the kitchen, there's a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Please note that there's no door between the kitchen and the bedroom, but there is a curtain for privacy. The bathroom has underfloor heating and features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. A ladder takes you up to the mezzanine, where you'll find another two beds.The house has a delightful, hilly garden, a wooden terrace, and a veranda. It is within walking distance of a shop and a bus stop. You can rent a boat by the bathing area – look for Hembygdsgården. Excellent fishing waters! The town of Borås is a 25-minute drive from the house. Farther west, you will find the city of Göteborg.Welcome to this fairytale cottage!
