Zwei moderne Ferienwohnungen mit Balkon, Strände, Geschäfte, Bushaltestelle fußläufig erreichbar

Diese beiden modernen Ferienwohnungen punkten durch ihre Lage. Sie befinden sich nämlich nur fünf Gehminuten von den Küsten entfernt. Eine Promenade verbindet alle Strände miteinander. Sowohl der nächste Strand als auch der nächste Laden, die Bushaltestelle und das nächste Restaurant sind fußläufig in einigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnungen befinden sich im zweiten Stock des Hauses, welches erst im Jahr 2015 gebaut wurde und von viel Grün umgeben ist. Das Haus besitzt einen Haupteingang im Erdgeschoss, an der Nordseite auf Höhe der Parkplätze. Sie betreten einen kleinen Eingangsbereich mit zwei separaten Türen zu den beiden Apartments. Beide Wohnungen sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Diese befindet sich in zentraler Lage und kann so bei offenen Türen alle Räume kühlen.

Beide Wohnungen haben Meerblick und einen kleinen möblierten Balkon, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Drei Stufen führen von den zwei privaten Parkplätzen vor dem Haus zum Hauseingang.

In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Strände. Der nächste felsige Strand liegt 350 Meter (sechs Gehminuten) entfernt. Wenn Sie einen Sandstrand bevorzugen, finden Sie einen kleinen Strand mit großem kiesigen Sand in 500 Metern. Zum großen Sandstrand von Ićići sind es 1,3 Kilometer. Im Zentrum von Opatija (1,5 Kilometer) gibt es noch den großen Betonstrand Slatina. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft (100 m) und die Bushaltestelle (100 m) sind drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einen grünen und einen Fischmarkt sowie weitere Geschäfte finden Sie im Zentrum von Opatija. Zum nächsten Restaurant geht man fünf und ins Stadtzentrum 20 Minuten. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und es ist nicht weit vom Gesundheitszentrum „Thalassotherapia Opatija“.

The holiday apartments are located only a 5 minute walk to the seashores. There is a walking promenade (lungomare) wich is connecting all the beaches.

The living room has access to the sea-facing balcony. Private parking is at ground level. There are only 3 stairs to the entrance. The neighboring houses are not very close. There is plenty of greenery.

This apartment is the smaller of the two. It is on the side facing the sea. The two holiday apartments are both on the second floor, the rest of the house is used privately.

This one has has a living room that is equipped with a sofa (bed for 2 persons), a kitchen, one bedroom (bed for 2 persons), a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate guest toilet. TV and Sat–TV, free wireless internet, air-conditioning are available. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, oven and everything else.

Nearest shop and bus stop are 3 minutes walking away, nearest beach 6 minutes away, nearest restaurant 5 min away and town center 20 min. walking away. Kids playground is nearby. It is not far from to the health center Thalassotherapia Opatija.

The apartments are on the 2nd floor if you look from the south side. But the entrance to the house is from the north side, directly from the parking spaces - this means that the entrance is on the ground floor. Therefore, guests have to climb no stairs from their car to the apartment.
