Beautifully restored natural stone house with a private swimming pool
The holiday house is situated in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the picturesque village of Gostinjac. Away from the noisy and often crowded tourist spots here you can experience the Mediterranean as it used to be in the good old days.
The house is about 85 m2 in size and divided across three floors.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and the exit on main terrace. On the first floor is a very spacious living room with a fire place, double sofa bed, air conditioning, cable TV and free internet with an exit to the upper terrace. On the second floor are two bedrooms with one queen-size bed and two single beds.
In the green garden area you can enjoy the gorgeous private pool complete with outdoor shower. And the evenings you can spend with a barbecue or simply just chill out and relax on the terrace surrounded by blooming roses, lavender and rosemary and filled with birds chirping.
There are no shared areas, the house together with the garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.
Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge.
The house is situated in the small picturesque village of Gostinjac, approximately 6 km from hte center of Šilo with amazing sandy and tiny pebbles beaches and 9 km from Vrbnik which is well known as a wine route spot. Malinska is just 12 km away and nearest Airport Rijeka is 17km distance. Only 3km away is a little place called Dobrinj which overflows with historical sights and wide gastronomic offer. 500m away from the house there is a grocery shop and a restaurant.
Near the house there is hiking path where you can enjoy in walking and nature.
