Would you like a luxurious, private accommodation where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in Istria ? The luxury villa Laura An is always the right decision for the whole family. Beautiful views of the sea and nearby olive groves frame the villa. The very quiet, but not secluded villa accommodates up to 8 persons. The Villa Laura An has a total of four bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The ground floor has a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, an open modern kitchen, a dining area for 8 persons and a guest toilet. Another three bedrooms are spread over the first floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, as well as free wi-fi throughout the house and garden.The outdoor area offers comfortable sun loungers and a quiet island for absolute relaxation. The 40 sqm infinity pool overlooking the sea invites you to jump into the water. A hot water shower is also available by the pool. The covered terrace with adjoining barbecue forms the dining area for 8 people. In addition, the small outdoor kitchen offers a spacious drinks fridge, storage space and a sink with hot and cold water.In the beautifully maintained garden is a children's swing with climbing net, where the youngest guests can pass the time.Youth groups are not allowed.
