Es Molí den Nyico dates from the 17th century and was restored in 2003 becoming a beautiful house where you can enjoy the charm of living, for a few days, in an old mill. It has 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, wood oven, barbecue and fireplace. All this in an idyllic setting surrounded by nature but very close to the town of Porreres.

Upon arrival at the farm, you will come across a centennial olive tree from which hangs a hammock in which to relax reading a good book, the pool (10x5m and 0.5 to 2m deep) is surrounded by wonderful trees and a beautiful garden watch out. There you will find 6 sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun as well as a large table under the porch to enjoy a family barbecue during a pool day.

Entering the house you have a cozy living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, all in an open space. The rooms are all double, one of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. The house has capacity for 6 people. The 2 bathrooms are complete, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.

The farm, which works with solar energy, is decorated with typical Majorcan furniture and the interior walls of the bedrooms are made of stone, which makes the temperature very good at any time of the year. Still, it has oil central heating and fans. In a separate house you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.

You can park the cars inside the property. We have cots and / or highchairs for the little ones, on request. Sheets, bath towels and free Wi-Fi and all the necessary kitchenware for your vacation.

Porreres is located in Pla de Mallorca, in the center of the island, characterized by large fields and unobstructed views towards the mountains. You can drive the roads and in no time you will be anywhere on the island. On Tuesdays, you will enjoy the village market, which is 2 kilometers from the house and in it, you will find local products such as sobrasadas, fruits and vegetables. Porreres has several vineyards and there you will find the Jaume Mesquida wineries. The typical gastronomy is made up of apricots, almonds and honey.
