    “Positiv: Die Aussicht war sehr gut (Blick auf das Wasser ca. 200 Meter). Strand war nicht weit weg,
    gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nicht der Beste Strand,
    aber immerhin. Die Vermieter waren freundlich. Die Lage ist nicht so überlaufen. Negativ: Bei der Ausstattung ist ein Herd angegeben,
    der nicht vorhanden ist.Es ist TV angegeben,
    obwohl,
    zumindest bei den deutschen Programmen,
    jeden Tag alle ca. 8 min für ca. 20 bis 30 Sekunden kein Signal vorhanden war.Die Warmwasserarmatur im Bad sollte wohl nicht benutz werden. Sie war so festgezogen,
    dass der Vermieter sie,
    nachdem wir dises gesagt hatten,mit der Zange gelöst hatte. Kurzzeitig funktionierte dann der Warmwasserboiler für drei Tage,
    danach fing er an zu Tropfen (aus der Elektrik heraus),
    so dass wir Ihn ausgestellt hatten,
    um keinen Kurzschluss zu erzeugen (wir hatten den Eindruck,
    das dieses Problem dem Vermietern bekannt war),
    dadurch gab es keine Möglichkeit sich mit warmen Wasser,
    z.Bsp. die Haare zu waschen.Es war keine Kaffemaschiene vorhanden. Umgebung: Restaurant - Man hat einen Konsum,
    in dem man eigentlich alles notwendige kaufen kann,
    inklusive Brötchen(Hörnchen) für das Frühstück. Als Supermarkt würde ich das allerdings nicht bezeichnen.”

    word Herd means cooker... and a cooker exists in the apartment. I am not aware of another meaning of the word. I am sorry if there was misunderstanding because of the semantics. Concerning TV problems with signal,
    I wish you mentioned about that issue because we might have looked into that. So far you are the first guests that have mentioned such issues.Concerning the problems with the boiler. We had no previous knowledge about the problem before you pointed out,
    first about the closed warm water vent,
    and after 3 days about the boiler dripping. We didn't do any previous interventions,
    because the previous guests didn't say anything about it. The warm water vent was closed by them and we didn't know about it,
    until you told us.Concerning boiler,
    I am sorry that you had bad luck,
    because it went broke during your stay.. and naturally you couldn't use any warm water. We have replaced it in the meantime with a brand new boiler.Yes,
    we do not have a coffee machine in the apartment. Thank you for pointing out about the need for it. Best regardsYour landlord”
