Beautiful house with swimming pool for maximum 8 people near the beach, with nice view to the sea from the pool and from the balcony.


Villa Lanima is a comfortable holiday house and is located in a nice and quiet place near Poreč. It is surrounded by a 2400 m2 garden with private pool, lawn, playground, covered parking and barbecue. It consists of: 4 bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with 2 additional sleeping possibilities, tree kitchens, dining room, summer kitchen, fireplace, outdoor grill, three bathrooms and a room with equipment. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. Air conditioning (4 pieces) are available in the living area and in one bedroom and in the fitness room.


Beautiful holiday house with sea view and beautiful large yard. For lovers of peace away from the bustle of the city and the noise, we recommend the village of Bašarinka and the holiday house Lanima with pool. It is 3.5 km from the town center and 1.9 km from the first beach. The house is located at the beginning of the village, along many vineyards, and is surrounded by a large, very beautiful garden.


The area is ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Istrian gardens, the warm sun and the blue sea. For an active holiday you can take a walk, cycling, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, play mini golf, or just rent a boat. The beaches are usually made of gravel and stone, old pine trees and olive trees reach the sea.


The beach is equipped with showers and a variety of sports facilities. You can reach the beach by foot, by bike or by car.


Parking is at your disposal. Pets are welcome.
