The property guarantees absolute privacy, a well-kept garden with games for children and a panoramic terrace for outdoor dining. Nature lovers should not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful Lake Cingoli (10 km) for carpfishing and boat rides or the water park, the Frasassi Caves (38 km), the majestic Monte del Conero (46 km) and the Sibillini Mountains National Park (73 km).
