Four bedroom villa with private pool and a large lawned garden to rent in the outskirts of the small locality of S'Horta, Mallorca. This villa enjoys fantastic open country views with the coastline in the distance.
Garrovers de S'Horta is a spacious two-storey country house full of natural light. The ground floor has an open living room with with TV that has access to the covered terrace and pool area, with beautiful country views and the coastline at the far end. There is a second sitting area by the dining table. The kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast table and has access to the garden. On this floor there are two twin bedrooms. One with en suite shower room and another with a separate bathroom with a corner jacuzzi-bath close by. From one of these bedrooms stairs leads down to the utility room. The upper floor offers a further twin bedroom with access to its own terrace with great open panoramic views. From a hallway there is acces to another terrace with beatutiful views, to a separate shower room.
The exterior is spacious, well kept. At the front of the house there is a charming lawned garden with Mediterranean plants and a small fish pond. The pool area and brick barbecue are at the back of the villa. From here you will enjoy lovely open views of the surroundings uncultivated areas with almond trees and the wonderful sea in the distance.Note: The photos of the bedrooms will be updated in due course.
