The apartment is located in the old town centre of Annaberg-Buchholz. In a few walking minutes you reach the Annaberg market or the Annenkirche. Shopping facilities can be found in the centre around the market. You reach a discounter after about 1200 m.
With us you live in a beautiful bright holiday apartment (42 m2) with one bedroom (bed 140 * 200), a modern bathroom and a spacious living and dining area. An extra bed up to max. 4 persons is possible with the comfortable sofa bed. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment (smokers can smoke in the yard).
In the holiday flat you will find a good equipment, e.g. ceramic stove (4 plates), oven, water boiler, coffee machine, washing machine, 60 inch flat screen TV etc.
If the weather is fine, you can use our small garden as a sitting area. A grill (Lotus grill) with accessories can be rented from us for a small amount of money.
A cot (travel cot) can be provided if required. Towels and bed linen are of course included.

Conditions:
An advance payment of 20% will be charged after booking. The balance is due on site in cash or can be paid by bank transfer before arrival.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50 % of the total price.
You can arrive from 16.00 - 23.00 o'clock. Your departure you organize until 11.00 o'clock.
You will receive the key on site. Please ring the doorbell of the winegrower and/or hunter. If there is nobody on site you will receive the code for the key safe in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
A baby bed can be provided on request (free of charge).
The guest tax, final cleaning, towels, WLAN and bed linen are included in the booking price.
