Former house of the hunting guard converted into a vacation home, in an excellent location, surrounded by vineyards and with magnificent panoramic views of the hills.

The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation, it consists of three separate apartments, each with a dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the apartments also has a separate living room. The house also has satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine for the three apartments.

In the park of about 1000 m², surrounded by an olive grove, there is a large trampoline, mini volleyball and table tennis.

Nearby there is a riding school that organizes forest walks, there is also the possibility to rent bicycles and scooters and book organized bike tours.

Every morning a baker comes by and brings breakfast at the request of guests.

Distances for your excursions: 1.5 km from the village of Montaione (stores and restaurants of all kinds), 11 km from Certaldo, 18 km from San Gimignano, 30 km from Volterra, 55 km from Florence and Siena, 65 km from the sea.
