Charming Apartment in Tar with Common Pool

The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished apartment NOA 4 suitable for families with children is located in Tar, a small town 10 km away from the tourist centers Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad. The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in three neighboring structures that together form the residence, and is located on the ground floor in the main building.


The accommodation consists of; a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, linen provided (changed weekly), bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, bath towels, two for the person provided (changed weekly), the living area has a sofa bed for two people, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with six seats, equipped kitchenette; with two electric hobs, fridge with freezer area (10 l), microwave oven, coffee machine, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, from the living area the exit to the balcony overlooking the pool area equipped with garden and four chairs. Guests have at their disposal for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the games room for children and adults with pool table, table tennis, TV flat screen, sofas and armchairs.

The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m). In the structure, upon request, a shared space is available with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. 


The grocery store, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is 50 m from the property . Near motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center.

* It is possible to organize personalized transfers.


** One day before departure, please notify us of the estimated time of departure, in order to arrange the handover of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 am on the last day of stay.


* Guests are kindly requested to leave empty rubbish bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.


* Any damage caused please declare to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the damage cost will be charged on the spot.
