Pedron Apartment - Li Tamerici Costa Paradiso

This little jewel is located at the end of Via del Mare in Costa Paradiso, exactly on the cliff at the beginning of the path to the wonderful Li Cossi beach, 10 minutes walk away. You will join the sea and heart-full sunset views every day! By the way this is a cool apartment, always caressed by the sea breeze and rarely you will need air conditioning.
IT IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED BOTH INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND ON THE TERRACE. THANK YOU!

The apartment, arranged on a single floor, is about 40 m2, with a splendid view of the sea 30 m from the terrace. It consists of a bright entrance/living room with French door and glazed window, a NEW double sofa in masonry that allows 2 people to sleep comfortably and a kitchenette/dining area equipped with all comforts (gas cooker, fridge/freezer , NEW dishwasher, NEW microwave, NEW kettle, NEW toaster, NEW hand vacuum cleaner, NEW vacuum cleaner, crockery, plates, cutlery, glasses, pantry closet, table with 4 chairs). There is also a double room with window and 190 bed cm and wardrobe and a bathroom without window with toilet, bidet, shower, NEW washing machine. Other: iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, ... Throughout the house there is a NEW air conditioning / heat pump system which makes the apartment very comfortable even outside the summer season. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Most of the time the house is lived outside. Thanks to the large terrace, the umbrella and the table with 4 chairs, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very enjoyable thanks to the spectacle offered by the view. There are also 2 comfortable deck chairs for relaxing in the sun and an external shower for cooling off in the hot hours of the day or after a bath to remove salt from the skin.

The apartment is small, very bright, comfortable and functional, a bit like a boat in which the sea is the master. Thanks to the exclusive parking space, there will never be a problem with parking, even when you come in the high season and it will be very convenient to park under the house to carry your shopping. . SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY, BOTH INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND ON THE TERRACE.

Everything is very convenient and close: from the bar at 50 m for an espresso coffee, to the restaurant at 50 m for a dinner at sunset. 2 markets that can be reached in a very short time, even on foot (Piazzetta Maya at 700 m), as well as other shops. "Li Cossi" sandy beach a 10-minute walk along a magnificent path on the cliff that starts right from the house. "Tinnari" pebble beach is reachable in 5 minutes with water-taxi service under the house. Rubber boat rental at 50 m and so much wonderful sea to live.

    “Das Apartment liegt in einer Traumlage mit Blick auf das Meer.
    Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
    Wir waren mit unserem 9 jährigen Sohn unterwegs, der sein Lager auf der Couch aufgeschlagen hat - was aber durchaus komfortabel war. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, so dass wir auch die heißen Nächte im August gut bewältigt haben. Ein Sandstrand ist ca.5 Gehminuten (schmaler Geröllweg mit Treppen und Trampelpfaden) entfernt (in der Saison natürlich gut besucht). Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz gleich vor Ort zur freien Nutzung.
    Die Wohnung und ihre Lage ist wirklich traumhaft und nur zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr rührig und hat mit uns per WhatsApp bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise kommuniziert - sehr nett!”
