House for 12 people to rent at the outskirts of Porto Colom, Mallorca. It offers an outdoor area with many amenities to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Large swimming pool, chill-out area, several barbecues, games for children and a lawned garden with a small fishpond.
Two-storey villa, each with a kitchen and living room.On the ground floor there is a kitchen that communicates with the living room. Open living room with dining table. Bedroom with double bed (two mattresses together, can be prepared as two single beds or double bed) with en suite shower-room. The second bedroom has twin beds and the last bedroom has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom that has a bathtub and separate shower.Through an external staircase on the side of the house you access the first floor, where there is a second living room with access to a comfortable terrace overlooking the pool. Living room and kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed (two mattresses together) and finally a bedroom with twin beds. These bedrooms share two separate shower-rooms.
Wonderful exterior, with a lovely lawned garden with a small pond.Large pool with massage area on the steps and sun terrace with several areas where you can relax. There is a large covered area fully equipped with tables, chairs, outdoor kitchen, several barbecues and wood burning oven. Pool games and games such as darts, cards etc. are also available.The housekeeping staff lives in a little house located in the garden.
