This former stable converted into a modern style gite, has a 200m² enclosed garden with trees and a terrace with a south-facing pergola. Garden furniture and pierrade available. Here the Mediterranean environment as far as the eye can see is ideal for walking or mountain biking on the steep and fragrant paths of our scrubland. Swimming in a canyon and a small lake 3km away. Beaches at 1 hour. Restaurants in the village. Parking on the property. The gite has a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, WC. Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase leading to a large hallway fitted out as a sleeping area with a single bed. Independent bedroom with a 160cm bed. Shower room with a toilet and a separate room. Reversible air conditioning. An electric terminal is accessible on the car park of the village.
