Gite situated in a small village in the middle of the mountains with superb views over the Pyrenean landscape of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. The environment around the village is wooded and suitable for hiking, mountain biking, white water sports on the Aude, canoeing and rafting at 8 kms. Swimming at the leisure centre 6 km away, lakes 30 km away and the sea just over an hour away. Fishing in 1st category at 5 kms. Visits to the local heritage (church, chapel, fountains etc.). Starting point for visits to the sites of the Cathar country (Puivert, Puylaurens, Montségur, etc...). Gîte on a large enclosed plot of 1700m², on one level. You enter first of all on a large living room and integrated open kitchen. In the sleeping area, two pretty bedrooms with 140x190 beds each have a view of the garden and the surrounding mountains.
