On the spot you will stay in an environment of full nature, in the heart of the forests of oaks and fir trees, ideal for the lovers of excursions and ceuillettes. On the estate: Petanque court, 2 bicycles at your disposal, 30 km of marked out paths and walks, small pond with a boat at 150 m. You will enjoy the private heated swimming pool from May to the end of October (3.50 X 7, depth 1.20m, secured by a roller shutter). Mobile shops in the village 6 km away. The area of Bouisse will allow you to take advantage of the numerous visits in the surroundings, Castle of the Cathar Country, Arques, Peyreperthuse, Cucugnan, white water sports on the high Valley of the Aude, the Gorges of Galamus, the Pic de Bugarach, etc...

The gîte has a laundry room on the ground floor, with 2 adult bicycles available, a second fridge and freezer, and a natural cellar in the rock where you can store your drinks. On the first floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, deep fryer, etc...), living room with billiard table, office area.
