    “Bei dieser Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um ein privat vermietetes Appartement (Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus). Die Ausstattung ist daher nicht mit gewerblichen Appartement-Hotels vergleichbar.
    Das Appartement verfügt über (privat würde man sagen: 4 ZI, Küche, Bad, Gäste-WC)
    # einen Tanzsaal als Wohnzimmer
    # ein großes und ein kleines Bad (beide ohne Fenster),
    # eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gasherd und Waschmaschine,
    # ein großes und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer mit Platz für zusammen 5 Personen plus 1 Babybett.
    # einen großen Balkon.

    Das Mobiliar ist durchgehend alt, Sofa und Betten stark erneuerungsbedürftig, aber noch benutzbar. Stauraum gibt es mehr als genug, auch wenn einige Fächer von der Vermieterin genutzt werden und verschlossen sind. Auch die Küche möchte man als recht verwohnt bezeichnen. Sie erfüllt aber ihren Zweck. Ähnliches gilt für die Bäder. Größtes Manko: Eigentlich müsste die Vermieterin nach jedem Gast ein Putzgeschwader durch die Räume jagen. Da das aber praktisch nicht möglich ist bei Check-out und Check-in am gleichen Tag, ist das Appartement entsprechend dreckig und schmierig, so dass man erstmal selbst tüchtig putzen muss, um den Dreck seiner Vorgänger zu beseitigen - je nachdem wie die den Begriff "besenreich zu übergeben" interpretiert haben. UNSERE Vormieter müssen jedenfalls eine Familie Erdferkel gewesen sein.

    Es gibt keine Klima-Anlage. Das erscheint zunächst als Nachteil. Da aber die Möglichkeit besteht, sich Durchzug zu verschaffen war es auch bei unserem Aufenthalt Mitte August meist sehr angenehm im Appartement und gut auszuhalten. Man muss nur etwas kreativ sein, um das Zusschlagen von Türen und Fenstern zu verhindern. Dann geht das schon ganz gut.

    Fazit: EIne geräumige Ferienwohnung einfacherer Art zu einem akzeptablen Preis und in hervorragender Lage (siehe unten). Daher ein wirklich gutes Angebot! Allerdings wären wir angesichts der recht verwohnten Einrichtung auch keinesfalls bereit gewesen, mehr dafür zu bezahlen.”
