The holiday house is in a quiet residential area on the edge of the town of Novigrad.

All the apartments have their own entrance and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and gas stove. The living room has a generous dining table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The bathrooms are fitted with a washbasin, WC and shower cubicle. Free wireless Internet access is available. The rooms are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, with a grill. They are also furnished, so you can enjoy sitting or dining outdoors or relaxing in the shade. There is a big, heated pool on site, where you can cool off and swim a few rounds. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings on the generous sun terrace and gaze out over the green hills.     “Ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst! We mochten gebruik maken van hun BBQ en wasmachine.
    Het appartement is schoon, voorzieningen top. Als je iets nodig had, hoefde je er maar om te vragen en je kreeg het.
    Aan het zwembad staan genoeg parasols en ligbedden. Er is een barretje aanwezig met keukentje. Er staat een grote koelkast met diverse soorten (fris)drank, die je kunt pakken, waarbij je de gebruikte drankjes tegen een laag tarief afrekent als je vertrekt.

    Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und super ausgestattet.
    Etwas abseits vom Touristentrubel gelegen, ist es zum Entspannen perfekt, trotzdem ist man in fünf Minuten im Zentrum, bei Lebensmittelläden und an den Stränden von Novigrad.
    Im Haus ist wirklich alles gut durchdacht. Am Pool ist eine Essecke mit Küchenzeile, es gibt Spielzeug, WC, Dusche, Mülleimer, Liegen und Sonnenschirme.
    Die Küche hat von Lappen bis Geschirrspültabs alles drin, was ja nicht überall so ist. Man kann unten im Haus die Waschmaschine jederzeit nutzen.
    Die Vermieter wohnen unten im Haus und sind sehr freundlich. Sie helfen, beantworten Fragen, machen ggf. auch kleine Reparaturen sofort.
    Im Schuppen sind viele Fahrräder, die top in Schuss waren bei unserem Besuch und nebendran ist ein kleiner Spielplatz für Kleinkinder, sowie ein Fußballfeld.
    Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort, um einen schönen Sommerurlaub zu verbringen!!”

Der Ort Paolija liegt 10 min mit dem Auto von der Stadt Novigrad und den zahlreichen Badestränden entfernt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind gut ausgestattet, Babybett und Hochstuhl wurde uns bereitgestellt. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und verständnisvoll. Frische Bettwäsche oder Handtücher jederzeit austauschbar. Der Pool ist sehr hochwertig verbaut, mit großem Tisch überdacht. Liegen und Außendusche und separate Toilette am Poolbereich. Waschmaschine jederzeit nutzbar. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Alles gut durchdacht angelegt. Großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Grill, Wäscheleinen und Sonnenliegen. Spielplatz, Volleyballplatz und Fußballplatz hinter dem Haus.”

    “Wir hatten eine schöne, saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon (mit gemauertem Grill) im 1. Stock und Blick aufs ca 4 km entfernte Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler (mit Tabs), Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad hat eine große Dusche und es war sogar ein Föhn vorhanden. Viel Stauraum. Es gibt eine große Fahrradgarage, die Fahrräder kann man sich kostenlos ausleihen, es sind auch Kinderfahrräder da. Direkt beim Haus führt wohl auch eine Mountainbikestrecke vorbei, zumindest haben wir immer wieder Biker gesehen. Uns war es bei fast 40 Grad dafür zu heiß ;-) Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön, sauber mit WC, Kühlschrank, kleine Outdoorküche, viele Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Der Pool selber eher klein, aber zum reinhüpfen hat er uns völlig gereicht. Die netten Vermieter haben eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und es ist immer wer da bei Problemen oder Fragen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man nach Novigrad.”
