The gîte opens onto a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, with a shared heated swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m, secured by a fence). Parking on the property. Access to the estate is via a 4 km drive (approx. 10 mins), which will take you to the hamlet of 4 houses, including 2 independent gites. On site: Petanque pitch, 30 km of signposted footpaths and walks, small pond with rowing boat 100 m away. Village shops 6 km away.

Second floor: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (90cm), which can be twinned on request, and a bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which are bunk beds. Shower room and separate WC.
