Villa Nura is located in a quiet green part of western Istria and is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation. The modern villa with pool offers four bedrooms for eight guests. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The rooms are bright and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and is air-conditioned. All rooms have access to the shared balcony with jacuzzi, where you can relax with the view of the garden and the greenery surrounding the villa. The fourth room is located on the spacious first floor and has a private bathroom, TV and is air-conditioned. The room has direct access to the terrace and pool. On the first floor there is also a large living room with fireplace and TV, a dining area and a kitchen, which are connected in an open-space concept. This area is also air-conditioned and ideal for your vacation. Through the large glass fronts that extend along the entire floor, a view of the large garden with pool opens up. Between enjoying time with family and friends and various activities, relax in the sauna, which is located on the first floor. For our guests who want to stay active on vacation, a fitness room is available in the basement. The large garden offers various places to relax. First and foremost is a private pool with sun loungers. Relax from swimming and sunbathing on the shaded part of the terrace. In the garden there is also a covered dining area with a dining table and barbecue where you can try out your cooking skills.
The property is completely fenced and has a private parking lot for 4 cars.
