Villa Oliva 1 is located in the town of Umag, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 + 2 people. The luxurious modern design and the location, which is only 150 meters from the sea, leave little to be desired. Villa Oliva 1 is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful private pool, which can also be heated. The open concept on the first floor offers a luxurious spacious living area as well as a kitchen with dining area, both with large sliding doors leading to the private pool and outdoor dining area. The 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are evenly distributed over the first and second floors. The villa also offers plenty of entertainment: in the basement you will find a pool table as well as table soccer and darts.
The villa is semi-detached, but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two properties can also be rented together. Next to the villa you will find a lawn with a children's playground and a large private parking lot, which are shared with Villa Oliva 2.

The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbor. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. The enchanting hinterland with its picturesque medieval towns is easily accessible thanks to the good road connections. Today Umag is especially known for sports: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
