Modern and elegant Villa LV offers a relaxing vacation for up to 8 guests, just a short drive away from Umag and Novigrad and their beautiful beaches.
Set within a green garden, this lovely villa has a nice spacious pool which is both outdoor and indoor. The pool covers an area of 75m2 of which 21m2 is the indoor pool. Thereby the villa is perfect for rent throughout the whole year. The outside area offers a relaxing spot where you can enjoy the hot Istrian sun and dine outside. The villa has a tavern with a fireplace and dining table for 8 guests. The tavern is ideal for evening gatherings on colder days.
On the ground floor of this stylish villa are an inside pool area, a sauna, a room with fitness equipment, a wine cellar, an entertainment room, a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining area. On the upper floor, there are 4 comfortable bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms. On the same floor, there is a spacious terrace with a Jacuzzi and a view of olive groves and a park. Villa LV is air-conditioned and has WiFi and private parking for 8 cars. It is located near the beaches and provides everything for a relaxing holiday.Villa LV is located in the small village of Fiorini, between the popular coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad. Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbor. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in its pretty cobbled streets. Every July the ATP Croatia Open is held here, featuring many of the biggest names in men's tennis. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family. The magical countryside of central Istria, famous for its enchanting medieval hilltop towns and gastronomic delights, is easily accessible along excellent roads. Although Novigrad is a popular tourist destination, it still retains its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing village.
