The charming Villa Elorea offers a relaxing vacation for up to 6 adults and 2 children. It is located in a village called Nova Vas, in the hinterland of Novigrad. This beautiful villa is perfect for a family vacation. It is fenced and offers numerous activities for children.
The villa has a children's playground, its own bicycles, which are available to guests free of charge, and a great playroom with a separate entrance. While the little ones play, the rest of the guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or soak up the Istrian sun on one of the sun loungers. Barbecue fans will be delighted with the beautiful outdoor kitchen. There you can let your eyes wander over the endless green of the fields while you prepare a delicious meal. The dining area on the terrace offers space for the whole family.
The interior of the villa impresses with its understated elegance. All rooms are on one level - very practical, especially if there are children among the guests. From the hallway, you enter the spacious and bright eat-in kitchen, which invites you to linger. It is connected to the terrace and the house's garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking together. You will find peace and quiet in a total of 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. A further bathroom and a guest toilet are available to guests. Villa Elorea is air-conditioned, has WLAN and two private parking spaces. Just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Novigrad, it offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in western Istria, far from the tourist hustle and bustle.Even though Novigrad has developed into a popular tourist destination, it still retains the irresistible charm of a typical, quiet Mediterranean fishing village. Its gentle shores are lapped by the sea, rich in fish, and the beautiful nature is spoiled by the pleasant Mediterranean climate. Charming narrow streets offer old churches, venerable palaces, magnificent town walls and numerous other treasures, carefully preserved as a lasting reminder of a rich and turbulent past.
