This urban and modern villa with a beautiful garden and private pool is a perfect place for your next family vacation. Villa No18 is located in green surroundings, just a stone's throw away from Porec and Novigrad. The modern design runs through the whole house and garden. A 40m2 private pool with hydromassage offers you a relaxing and unforgettable time. If you like to spend your time outside, then the house offers two sitting areas on either side of the house, perfect for sunbathing. The main terrace has a nice and cozy lounge corner and a dining area where you can enjoy delicious dinners with your friends. The outdoor area offers a well-equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue. The modern interior of the villa is bright and spacious. The open plan first floor consists of a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a living room, connected to the beautiful outdoor terrace with pool area. One of the comfortable and cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is also located on the first floor. Two further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared terrace are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, TV and air conditioning. Villa No18 can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, making it a great choice for the whole family or couples of friends.Villa No18 is located in the beautiful little village of Tar, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Istria is one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia, known for its gastronomy, rich cultural heritage and numerous sights. Not far from Villa No. 18 is the historic town of Porec, where the Euphrasian Basilica is located, a building from the 6th century that is classified as a UNESCO-protected cultural heritage site. For all food lovers: visit local olive oil producers, vineyards or get lost in the forest in search of truffles. Tar is located by the sea with beautiful pebble beaches, ideal for children.
