Located in a small village, just 3 km from the sea, on the eastern side of Istria, lies the beautiful Villa Island View. This beautiful family villa has three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and double bed, as well as a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor area and the inviting private pool. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool and invite you to relax in the sun. The covered outdoor lounge area offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy your first morning coffee and a cold drink on warm summer days. A traditional stone barbecue and covered outdoor dining area are also at your disposal, where you can prepare delicious Istrian dishes. The cozy lounge area on the upper terrace offers a romantic, quiet corner to enjoy a glass of Malvazija in the evening in the company of your loved ones. :) Villa Island View is situated in a rural location and yet the beaches and resorts along this coastline are only a few kilometers away. The wild countryside with its numerous coastal and forest trails is ideal for cycling, long recreational walks and horseback riding, while the regional specialties can be sampled in the many charming restaurants and agro-tourisms in the area. For those with an adventurous spirit, there is an excellently equipped diving center in nearby Krnica Bay, while the well-known summer resort of Duga Uvala offers a modern hotel complex with a great wellness center as well as various sports facilities, bars and disco. The popular resort of Medulin and the beautiful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are also nearby.
