Spacious basement apartment near Umag

The cozy apartment is located in the basement of a family house nestled in a quiet residential area in the surroundings of Umag, in the charming village of Križine. This charming refuge is located just 800 meters from the fascinating beaches of Sv. Ivan, thus offering the opportunity to enjoy relaxing days of sun and sea. The house is situated on the edge of the surrounding countryside, offering an ideal location for a pleasant holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city.



Welcome to our spacious apartment on the lower ground floor of a family house. The entrance is shared with the owner, but the apartment is completely separate. At the entrance, you will find a table with chairs and doors to access the rooms. In the spacious living area/bedroom, you will have at your disposal a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a Smart TV, a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table and a dining table with chairs. The dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer area, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, as well as a hair dryer. We provide two towels per person and bed linen, as well as free Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house. The apartment is simply furnished, it doesn't have air conditioning, but the temperature is pleasant thanks to its location in the basement. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to the beaches and necessary services.

*Smoking is permitted outside in front of the alley entrance, but smoking is not permitted inside.

*We ask our kind guests to:

- Respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially during the night or when resting in the afternoon.

-Turn off the fan when they are not in the accommodation, for safety reasons.

-Use the accommodation equipment with caution.

- Leave the containers empty and wash the cutlery and kitchen utensils used.

- Report any damage caused to the owner. After an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure.

- Communicate the expected departure time to the host one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.

-The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

-Customized transport services are available (for example, from the airport to the accommodation, ...).
