** THE HOUSE **

- Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom with 140x190cm bed, shower room with WC and washing machine, storeroom with waste sorting facilities. Fully equipped kitchen: kettle, Senseo® filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and oven. Basic cooking ingredients are provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar).

- 1st floor: one bedroom with 180x200cm bed + 1 cot, two bedrooms each with 140x190cm bed and bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

- Outside: garden with lawn area, dining area under the pergola with electric barbecue. There is a 6-seater SPA around a wooden terrace with benches, chairs and deckchairs for relaxing.

You can park 2 vehicles in front of the house free of charge; otherwise, nearby parking and street parking are free of charge.

What to see :
Other places of interest include the Tarn valley, the many picturesque medieval villages in the surrounding area such as Ambialet, Cordes sur ciel, Monestiès and Lautrec, the Bastides circuit and the Gaillac wine route. A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation, listing the must-see places to visit in the town and throughout the département, as well as all the walks and swimming spots in the region. You'll also find a list of local shops within a stone's throw of your accommodation.
