Renovated in an old farmhouse, this one-story house has a large reception room that can be used as a bedroom (convertible sofa), a living room with fireplace (wood provided), a large dining room with open equipped kitchen, central heating (included in the rental), two master suites and a private swimming pool of 3 by 5m.
This spacious cottage is ideal for spending a relaxing time.

** THE GITE **
Located in the Montagne Noire, this house offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay in peace and in the middle of nature. Located at more than 400 meters above sea level, on the way to Santiago de Compostela, surrounded by woods, this stone farmhouse houses the owners' house at one end, and a year-round rental in the middle. other end, the 150m² gîte with its independent entrance.

Two possible entrances to access the lodge:
- a first room opening onto the living room with fireplace and television.
- the second entrance from the outside opens onto a large reception room equipped with a home cinema, a Netflix account available free of charge, with a convertible sofa offering a 160x200cm bed for 2 additional people.

- a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, Nespresso© coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.
- independent toilet
- a laundry room with a washing machine

Upstairs :
- a bedroom with 140x190cm bed, desk, large dressing room, television and its bathroom with bathtub, bidet and single sink

- a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a trundle bed offering two 80x190cm single beds, a chest of drawers and a bathroom with shower and single sink

Outside :
- in front of the entrance to the gîte, a private adjoining courtyard with dining area

To access the gîte, secure entrance with a gate. The entrance is shared with the other occupants but you can park in front of the gîte.
