Relax in this quiet and elegant house, close to amenities and places to visit such as the famous Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a UNESCO heritage site. Located in a residential area, the house is at the back of a large area and benefits from direct proximity to basic shops 150 meters away on foot: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, hairdresser... The cottage is also located close to cultural and leisure activities: 25 minutes walk from the city center for visits, pétanque court next door...
Albi is a dynamic city which offers many activities: shows, theaters, concerts, street entertainment.... This house is ideally located with short trips to participate and allows peace of mind for travelers thanks to its quiet neighborhood.
** THE GITE **
Independent house, surrounded by enclosed grounds with an east-facing garden which will allow you to have lunch under the first rays of sunshine. The west side garden has its private swimming pool, gas grill and its covered terrace in a veranda which will provide you with well-being and relaxation.

Possibility of parking a few meters from the gîte in a car park shared by the neighborhood, or possibility of parking in front of the gîte, on the sidewalk. Enclosed land around the house, so it is possible to shelter bicycles. Video surveillance only for the east side entrance door.
