Villa Nikolas is a newly built villa with swimming pool located at the edge of the place Kastelir, small settlement on the west coast of Istria.
The house was built in 2018 and has its private garden from 1.000 sqm, located in a quiet place surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful panoramic sea view. Villa Nikolas offers to its guests various outdoor facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm, large children's trampoline, summer kitchen with a barbecue, dining table for 8 guests and one separate toilet, well maintained lawn and parking place for 2 cars. The house is "without barriers" so the ground floor of the house is suitable for people with limited mobility.

Villa with swimming pool for 6-8 guests, with total living area of 180 sqm, situated on two floors. At the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen with dining room and spacious living room with fireplace, sleeping sofa for two guests and two exits to the covered terrace, one double bedroom with double bed and own shower/toilet, one separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are in total three bedrooms. Two with double beds (one with an extra bed) and with a private shower/toilet and a shared terrace with sitting set and both of the bedrooms have a beautiful panoramic sea view and view to the green Istrian inland. The third bedroom is an air-conditioned children's bedroom with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
