Villa Luna Fiorini is a modern holiday home in the small village Fiorini, only 3 km from the beach.
In the surroundings of Fiorini are the towns Umag, Novigrad and Brtonigla, especially popular because of the excellent restaurants and wine makers. Within a radius of 10 km you can find everything you need for a carefree holiday. Istralandia, the popular water park, is only 7 km from the house. On its own enclosed property there is an outdoor pool, terrace with barbecue and dining table, parking place.
Holiday house for 6+2 guests of 125 sqm consists of ground floor with living room and access to the terrace and pool, equipped kitchen with dining table, double bedroom and own bathroom also with access to the terrace and pool, smaller laundry room, a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
