This vacation home in Seythenex, Bauges, is a peaceful retreat in the countryside, around 800 m above sea level. It offers a cool evening break in summer and fascinating views of the mountains from the terrace all year round. Upon entering the house, which is spread over two levels, you enter a living area, a cozy sitting area, a dining area with access to the terrace and a well-equipped open kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. Please note: Cows may occasionally be present in the pasture behind the house. For winter stays, it is important to have snow equipment for your car. The house is located in the heart of the Bauges nature reserve, in a hamlet near Seythenex (2 km) with a view of the mountains, 4 km from the Col de Tamié and 7 km from La Sambuy. Paragliding take-off in La Sambuy 7 km away and landing 500 km from the house. Cross-country ski trail (depending on snow conditions) less than 1 km from the house. All stores are in Faverges, 7 km away. In summer, there are free shuttles from the village of Seythenex to Doussard beach, Faverges and the Col de Tamié. Cyclists will appreciate the climb to the Col de Tamié and the chevrons of the surrounding mountain passes. Hikers and mountain bikers like to set off directly from the house. The beach at Doussard and Lake Annecy are 15 km from the house. In winter, the Tarentaise and Vanoise ski resorts are close to the house. In summer, hiking in peace and quiet in the Bauges massif (highest point at 2200 m) is a pleasure at any time. Come and climb Arcalod, Pointe de Chaurionde, Trélod, Charbon, etc.
