This villa with private pool offers a comfortable stay in a residential area of Villeneuve les Avignon, next to Avignon. Nearby shops are within 800 m, and the city of Avignon is just across the famous Pont d’Avignon (+/- 3 km).

On the ground floor there is an open kitchen to the dining room / sitting room where there is access to the shady terrace. You’ll also find a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms, which benefit from air conditioning, are upstairs. Outside, the grounds are enclosed with a partly covered shady terrace offering pool views. Private and secured pool (8 m x 4 m) with surrounding sun loungers to relax after a swim.

The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. Villeneuve les Avignon is situated at the other side of the Rhone River, to enjoy the various activities in Avignon (famous theatre festival in July) and the Pope’s Palace, the Pont d'Avignon, you only have to cross the bridge. From Villeneuve les Avignon you can also discover les Cévennes, la Camargue, and the Languedoc-Roussillon.
