Villa "Cascada" is an adults-only retreat for those seeking tranquillity in the midst of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. Situated in a quiet location on a 30,000 m² plot, the villa is built in traditional Mallorcan style with a natural stone façade and combines environmentally friendly features with modern comforts. The villa is ideal for couples and offers a cosy living space in a 400-year-old property.

The outdoor area of the villa includes a private pool with sun terrace, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. A second shaded terrace offers a quiet spot for morning coffee, surrounded by lush greenery.

Inside, the open-plan living area offers a blend of modern style and cosy comfort. A comfortable lounge with an LCD TV and a fireplace, a dining area with a vintage table and modern chairs and a fully equipped kitchen make for a relaxing stay. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, 1.60 metres wide and 2 metres long, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A secluded courtyard with direct access to the pool adds to the charm of the villa. "Cascada" is ideal for adults and offers a quiet retreat all year round. There are four other accommodations on the property, all of which are bookable through our website.

The modern natural stone villa is situated in a beautiful rural location in the centre of the island between Costitx and Sencelles. Drive less than 4 km to the market in Costitx on Saturdays to buy groceries and other necessities in a traditional small town in the centre of the Plà de Mallorca. Palma is also within easy reach by car, as is the spectacular beach of Es Trenc and several other unspoilt sandy beaches.
