The old, rustic building has been carefully renovated by the owners, lovingly preserving the quarry stone exterior walls. Here you live in a semi-detached house, maintain your privacy and enjoy your own garden and pool. Protected by numerous dignified olive trees and palm trees, lush flowering plants wind around the wall. In this beautiful landscape you will find many attractive seating areas with delicate iron tables and chairs in the natural shade of the trees. Follow the sun as it moves across the sky and find a sunny or shady spot that is best suited to the time of day. While you are preheating the barbecue, the children can still swim in your rather large 14 metre swimming pool. When dinner is ready, the kids will quickly jump under the outdoor shower and dinner can be served. As soon as you've finished, it might be the right time for a table football tournament. When the younger guests are already in bed, enjoy the precious time together in rural tranquillity with a glass of good Mallorcan red wine.

And as your evening slowly draws to a close, you enter the surprisingly modern interior of the beautiful villa. A beautiful open-plan area with a vaulted ceiling and the exposed brickwork reveal the age of the completely renovated house. The vaulted ceiling is painted bright white and the functional area connects the living and dining areas. The living area has a fireplace, a modern flat-screen TV and light-coloured sofas. On the other side of the room is a dining room with vintage-style furniture. A typical Spanish rocking chair and an ultra-modern designer lamp emphasise the overall successful interplay of modernity and tradition, which can be felt in every corner of the house. For example, in the fully equipped kitchen, which is also reduced to the essentials. This house does not need a high-quality fitted kitchen to offer you the functionality you need for a relaxing holiday. The simply furnished kitchen offers a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, gas hob, coffee machine and much more. A small passageway leads to the huge maisonette-style bedroom. In the informal lower area there are two single beds for children. A metal staircase with wooden steps leads to the gallery, where there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a nice writing corner. Here, too, you will be delighted by the exciting combination of modern and antique elements with a slightly alternative touch. Thanks to the open-plan sleeping wing, the house is ideal for a family of four, but also attractive for a couple who don't want to be restricted in terms of space.

Speaking of attractiveness: this is the essence of this region around the charming small town of Sant Llorenc - idyllic rural landscapes and a very good infrastructure are characteristic features of the north-east of the island. In a village just 1 km away, you can do your daily shopping in the supermarkets, buy fresh pastries from the bakery and round off your morning excursion with a quick café cortado in one of the cafés popular with the locals. This small town is about halfway between Manacor and Artà, both villages are around 10 kilometres away. In the picturesque town of Artà, there is a lovely market on Tuesdays where you can buy Mallorcan specialities and fresh produce for your barbecue or simply to enjoy later in the cosy sitting area of your individual choice in this beautiful villa. In addition to family-friendly bathing opportunities, the beautiful local beaches also offer numerous water sports activities that could appeal to you as a sports enthusiast or couple, as well as the possibility of cycling and hiking tours.
